Shipping & Exchange Policy – Nue

Shipping Within India Only

We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Charges

We offer free shipping on all domestic orders - no minimum spend required.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Delivery Timelines

  • Processing Time: 2–4 working days
  • Standard Delivery: 6–8 working days
  • Express Delivery: 3–5 working days

Note: During sales, holidays, or new launches, deliveries may be delayed by 3–5 days. Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier and are beyond our control.


Exchange Policy (No Refunds)

We offer exchange only. Refunds are not provided under any circumstance.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Requests must be raised within 5–7 days of order delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Only size or color exchange of the same product is allowed (based on availability).
  • One-time exchange is allowed per order.
  • No exchanges on accessories, intimate wear (bras, underwear, bodysuits), or discounted bundles.
  • If the required item is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Submit a request using our form: Exchange Form
  2. Repack the product with all original tags and packaging.
  3. Our delivery partner will arrange a pickup.

Note: Items returned in unofficial or damaged packaging will be rejected and returned to sender.

Exchange Processing Timeline

The full exchange process may take 9–12 working days. Once the item reaches our warehouse and clears quality checks, your replacement or store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours.


Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please email us at support@wearnue.in within 24 hours of delivery along with photos. We’ll arrange a free replacement if stock is available, or offer store credit.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
  • A full store credit will be provided for approved cancellations.
  • Orders that are already shipped cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Important Information

  • No refunds are offered—only exchanges or store credit.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, ₹251 will be deducted from your store credit (₹100 for shipping + ₹151 COD fee).
  • Nue is not responsible for returned items lost in transit.
  • Store credit will be issued only after the returned item passes our quality check.
