Returns & Exchanges:
At NUE, we hope every piece you receive feels just right. But if something isn’t quite perfect, we’re here to help
We offer exchanges and returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Exchanges
Each order is eligible for one time exchange only.
You may exchange your item for any other product available on the website, subject to stock availability.
* If the new product is higher in value, the price difference must be paid.
* If the new product is lower in value, the balance will be issued as store credit.
A flat ₹200 fee will be charged on all exchanges to cover reverse pickup, quality inspection, and re-shipping logistics. If you prefer to ship the product back to us yourself, this fee will not apply.
Returns
Returns are accepted only in the form of store credit. Refunds to the original payment method are not offered, except in the case of a damaged item received.
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes quality inspection, store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours.
For COD orders, ₹251 will be adjusted from the store credit towards shipping and COD handling charges.
Store credit issued for returns will be valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
Product Condition
Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Products showing signs of wear, washing, perfume, stains, or damage may not pass quality inspection and may be sent back to the customer.
Damaged Item Received
If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 24 hours of delivery by emailing support@wearnue.in with clear photos of the product and packaging.
Once verified, we will issue a refund for the damaged item.
